PROFILE
My name is Wilfredo Cruz I was born 1965 in San Juan P.R, Icame to Philadelphia In the 1970'S at the age of 4 I attended ludlow school and in 79 I graduated To Jr High out of High School in 1983 I got in rap after hearing the sugarhill gang, I started to write my own raps i wanted to be like them. A short time after I got into break dancing I started a gruop called , Kool Class Rockers. I danced my way all around philly then I met Noel The leader of a gruop of DJ's Called PHASE III. He introduced me to other people who were trying to get into rap and he encouraged me to keep on going.
But after a while I figuiered I would'nt be good enough to make it in the industry, untill my wife opened my eyes and told me I was good enough that I just needed to belive in my self. In march of 2003 I decided that I was going to go to florida to visit my brothers and sister, so I got a ticket , and while in Florida I met a guy named Gelo who was rapping Reggaeton style my brother told him that i used to rap Hip Hop, so Gelo asked if I ever rapped in spanish I told him I never thought of it so he asked me to write something in spanish so he could record me in in home studio. So I decided I would give it a try. I wrote two songs One for my wife and One for the ladies he told me that they sounded good all I needed was to learn how to make my own beats, so he showed me a program called fruity loops and how to use it, and when I went to Philly the first thing I did was get the program and practice using it. After I got the hang of it I went all out making beats , I have'nt been making beats that long so I think I've come a long way in a short time. When I went back to Philly I Started making Hip Hop beats, and i started recording myself, about 3 months after I started recording myself my nephew Stone came by and heard me recording and asked if he could join me in some songs, so we started recording ourselves. We decided to give our selves a name after debating for a while we decided to call our selves the TWIZTAZ but it was'nt the catchy we used it for a while we started puting out undergruond CD's of our music, a few months after that my other nephew Excal and my son El who's new name is Tabu asked if they could join us in recording we said why not , my nephew started to critisize the way I rapped he said you gotta get rid of your demons thats when it clicked in my head RESE The TWISTED DEMONS with the REAPER as the leader RESE standing for thr first letter in each of out stage names. in 2004 i decided that I wanted to try reggaeton to see how i would do with it I did a couple of songs with industry beats to see how they would sound, and the people I showed it to actually liked my songs. after about 4 or 5 songs i asked my nephew stone if he wanted to do some spanish songs, he agried to give it a try so we formed los DEMONIOS TORSIDOS meaning twisted demons in spanish we mostly go by STONE Y LA MUERTE we hope to make it for the simple reason that we want a better life for our children, this is my side of the story.

LOS CHAMBONEROS DEL REGGAETON
My name is Wilfredo Cruz aka La Muerte I decided to record my music in 2003 I always rapped as a young kid but never did anything with it, in 2003 I started my first song and my nephew stone came in and heard me recording, that’s when he asked if he could record with me, we liked the way we sounded so kept on recording then we came up with the name the twistaz. After the first song I decided that we needed a change in the name so I came up with twisted demons. We made a couple of songs me and my nephew stone I moved to Florida in 2005 and really got into the reggaeton scene.
I decided to start a group called los chamboneros , using the same people in the twisted demons and recruiting some guys from Lakeland Florida, our reggaeton music in philly was good but when we came to Florida our songs got better. We’ve done shows in clubs theme parks and at festivals and we always had a great reaction from the crowd. In this mix we have as the Chamboneros family “ La Muerte founder, Stone, Excel, Tabu, Diamante, Bebo, Rex, Silence and Yuriel”. We hope to bring pleasure to the people all over the world, wherever we may be .
